Research On The Case Of Construction Of Sponge City In Suining

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that in the face of the severe situation of tightening resource constraints,serious environmental pollution and ecosystem degradation,Building a sponge city with the functions of natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,an important embodiment of the coordinated development of urbanization and environmental resources,and a major task of urban construction in China in the future.Building sponge city with natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification is an important part of ecological civilization construction.It is an important embodiment of realizing the coordinated development of urbanization and environmental resources.It is also a major task for China's urban construction in the future.The so-called "sponge city" means that the city can absorb water like a sponge,and accumulate and infiltrate the rainwater under the soil layer to supplement the groundwater,and purify the water body through the plants and "release" the stored water and make use of it to realize the benign circulation of the city through various techniques such as seepage,stagnation,storage,net,use and drainage.to ensure the ecological safety of water.The main purpose of the construction of sponge city is to reduce the flood disaster,improve the existing water resources and environment,and realize the construction of ecological civilization city.In this paper,suining sponge construction project is a case study,focus on sponge construction,municipal road sponge construction,water ecological restoration sponge construction.With the use of the theory of sponge city and the theory of low impact development,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and comparison on three aspects,such as how to classify the construction of the community and the construction of the municipal road sponges,and promote the construction of the sponge in the water ecological restoration.meeting the standard of annual runoff total control rate,providing beneficial theoretical reference and practical reference for promoting sponge city construction at present.Form a reference,replicable experience summary of sponge city construction,promote the promotion and application of sponge city construction in Sichuan and even the whole country.
