| Ready-mix concrete is an essential building material for construction.It has played an important role in the construction of urbanization,railways,airports,ports,military,industies and energy development etc.The concrete industry has developed rapaidly with China’s rapaid urbanization since the beginning of the 21st century.In 2016,more than 1.79 billion cubic meters concrete were consumed in China.The concrete production was up 7.4%year-on-year and the scale of China’s concrete business was more than 700 billion RMB in 2016.After that,there were large investments to enter into the concrete field.The compitition became more fiercely and the market enviorment was more complex.Especially in 2017,the strict government policy of enviroment protection gave a huge hit to the concrete business.Many illegal concrete companys and the companys which could not meet the requirments of enviroment pretection policy were forced to be closed by government.The concrete industry is facing a new round of industry reshuffle and the market pattern is going through important changes.One compnay which want to win in the market must make corporation strategy clearly,so it is the most important to know how to make and use corporation strategy.The paper did a research on HS devlopment strategy.The author of the paper made research measures based on the strategy management theory.Firstly,the author analysed the macro-enviroment which HS was facing such as the policys,society,technology etc and the compitition enviroment of the concrete field.Then,the author understood the opportunities and threats wihch HS was facing.The concrete business is still in a promising industry,because the government’s macro-policies are strong,the concrete needs are still huge,big chance for HS to make corporation transformation and survival of the fittest etc.There are opportunities and threats for HS.Secondly,the author analysed the HS’s management capabilities of marketing,finance,manufacture,R&D,HR and information technology and found the advantages and disadvantages of HS development.HS should make full use of advantages and avoid disadvantages in the future.Thirdly,the paper analyzed the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages by SWOT and then made the corporation deveopment strategies and released related measures to ensure srtategy implemented smoothly.The author hope that the paper can be a guidline and references for HS development.The management of strategy is changing rapaidly,so HS should adjust corporation strategy based on the external and internal enviroment. |
