The seeker test system is used to test and verify the functions and specifications of the seeker,and the automation and generalization of the test system are helpful to utilize test resources effectively and improve testing efficiency.Traditional seeker automatic testing softwares with the test instructions,parameters,as well as data acquisition and processing solidified in,are mainly based on the test process,resulting in poor versatility,maintainability and scalability.This thesis mainly carries out the general automatic test software design of seeker.1)The research background and significance of this thesis are briefly introduced.Briefly describing the concept of the seeker,the functions,applications and research value of the seeker test system are declared,and the research emphases of the current seeker test are put forward;Then the thesis states the development history and research status of the seeker test system at home and broad,and introduces the test bus technology and virtual instrument technology closely associated with the test technology.2)A software testing platform is constructed,according to the requirements of seeker test.The thesis introduces the composition of the seeker test system,and analyzes the requirements of the integrated control table-the control center of the test system.Combing the functional and performance requirements,the design scheme of the integrated control table is proposed and specificly designed.The self-developed power supply control module is designed in detail,clarifying the technical requirements of the industrial computer and the boards.3)Design of general automatic software for seeker test is carried out.With the illustration of the design requirements and development environment,the characteristics and common elements of LabVIEW,the thesis introduces the principle of plug-in technology particularly,and realizes it based on LabVIEW.Aiming at the characteristics of seeker test,the design idea of general test software based on test project and plug-in architecture is proposed.Based on test task,test project,test command and test action,the hierarchical dynamic call is made.Using multithreading technology and synchronization technology,the overall software architecture design is accomplished.After presenting the common characteristics of the seeker test project,and finishing the interface design of the complete test project and command,the corresponding program template is developed.Because of the complexities in the process of some test projects,a test project program template based on state machine is specially designed.In the implementation of test action software,a fast frame separation method,a module multiplexing method based on asynchronous call,and a method of parsing batch frame data and preservation are proposed,which significantly improve the efficiency in the program writing and operation,and enhance the adaptability,modularization and maintainability.
