Seeker e-Cabin is the kernel part of a missile. Its capability impacts the holistic performance of the missile. So, it's very important to do eligibility detections on the seeker e-Cabin products before the assembly of the missile. The current test system of seeker e-Cabin, which is based on intelligent instruments, has higher performance compared with the previous manual test platform. But there are some shortcomings. The results of the current test system are not accurate enough. And the test system still resides on a lower level of automation. Further studies on test method and test system solution have been done in this thesis, and a new automatic test system solution is proposed. The main works are as followings.First of all, based on the further studies on similarity measurement theory and current waveform similarity measurement methods, a new waveform similarity measurement solution is presented in this thesis to achieve automation in the waveform test. This solution calculates the similarity of waveforms from two aspects, overall waveform and partial waveform. In addition, the dynamic sliding window algorithm is used to deal with the phase alignment problem.Secondly, based on the modern testing technology, signal acquisition and generation techniques, a signal acquiring and generating solution is presented and an automatic test system is designed. The software of this system is developed with LabWindows/CVI platform. These software modules make the system more streamlined and easier to use.Finally, the test results indicate that the automatic test system can completely satisfy the demands and complete the automatic test tasks. Compared with the current system, the performance of this system in automation and accuracy is improved a lot.
