With the rapid development of social market economy and the continuous improvement of transportation network,coupled with the overall rise of "Internet + transportation",so that people travel more diversified choices,but the traditional road passenger transport has been unprecedented challenges,resulting in a steady decline in passenger and passenger transport revenue.In the face of this fierce competition,it is very important to explore the strategic reform of road passenger transport enterprises to alleviate the market impact and seek new economic growth points.At present,the sustainable development of traditional road passenger transport enterprises mainly rely on increasing passenger volume to improve operating income,after the change in travel structure,it is urgent for road passenger transport enterprises to solve two practical problems: on the one hand,transport mode flexibility is not high,differentiation is not obvious,on the other hand,transport enterprises strategy is not clear,business methods are old-fashioned In view of this problem,this paper takes A road passenger transport company as an example to study its strategic change,redesign the strategic system of road passenger transport enterprises,and put forward relevant implementation guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of strategic objectives,to help road transport enterprises in the light rail,high-speed rail and other new means of transport under the impact of reducing losses,Resist the economic downturn caused by weak markets.Firstly,this paper puts forward the research background and purpose significance of this subject,analyzes the present situation and development trend of road passenger transport reform at home and abroad,points out the problems existing in road passenger transport enterprises,and on this basis,puts forward the main contents,methods and routes of this research.Then it introduces the formation basis of the theory of strategic change,expounds the basic concepts and characteristics of enterprise strategic change and organizational structure change,and puts forward the precondition of strategic change.Then this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation,challenges and causes of A Road passenger transport company,points out the problems and challenges faced by the company,and then provides the basis for the strategic change of the company through the SWOT Strategic Environmental analysis tool.The next step is to reformulate the strategic system,join the modern corporate development strategy concept,improve the company's internal management,put forward the strategic objectives of the Company's development,formulate the business layer development strategy,and reformulate the functional layer strategy.Finally,the implementation of enterprise strategy safeguards to ensure that the entire change can be implemented.Through the research of this subject,it has a great role in promoting the decline of the road passenger transport market,not only to seek a new way out on the basis of traditional business,but also to help the industry return to market confidence,which is of great significance.
