| At present,China is vigorously pursuing a strategy of green development,the economic growth rate has slowed while shifting to a more high-quality and efficient economic development mode,the economic structure has been gradually adjusted and optimized,and the pace of mergers and reorganizations of state-owned coal enterprises has accelerated,energy Competition is intensifying.At the same time,JN group is also in the state of rapid expansion and merger,but the development of many enterprises,many industries are in a state of disorder,integration development is not in place,the overall performance is not ideal.Coupled with the changes in the domestic and international environment,the traditional high-pollution,high-extensive mode of operation has seriously restricted the sustainable development of JN group,and it is urgent to adopt an accurate and feasible diversified development strategy,in order to promote enterprises to adapt to social development,to achieve the coordinated development of various industrial sectors,take intensive,green,high-quality,efficient and sound cycle of development.This paper takes JN group as the research object,and applies the theory of diversified strategic management to study the internal and external environment of Jn Group through literature research,PEST and SWOT analysis.This paper analyzes the problems of JN group in implementing the diversification strategy under the current situation from the aspects of multi-industry layout and plate management strategy,and aims at these problems,from the perspective of overall development,we have formulated a diversified management optimization strategy and a series of strategic safeguard measures for JN group,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise. |
