With the rapid development of domestic urban rail transit and the increase of passenger flow,the operation intensity of subway vehicles has increased and the maintenance time has decreased.That make higher demands for urban rail transit vehicle maintenance work.The bogie is the core component of the rail operation and maintenance vehicle.The bogie frame is an important part of the bogie and the main carrier of the bogie.The evaluation of it's fatigue state is important for the detection of the bogie and its inspection during working time.In order to solve the collection and processing of stress and strain data during the fatigue state evaluation of the bogie frame,a set of static stress test system based on LabVIEW for the bogie frame was designed and developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the static stress test system design index,the steering frame detection scheme is determined,and the overall design scheme of the static stress test system is introduced from three aspects: mechanical system,hydraulic system and data acquisition and processing system.(2)The hardware platform of data acquisition and processing system is built,and the structure of the system hardware platform is expounded from data acquisition unit and data processing unit.(3)The software design of the static stress test system which is based on LabVIEW was completed.The system is divided into several modules according to the task requirements.The method and implementation strategy of designing the acquisition card driver module and data acquisition module through LabVIEW system were studied.The design process was verified.(4)The software design of the acquisition data processing module is completed.The method of filtering and fitting the collected data in the programming environment of LabVIEW is studied,and the function of the module is tested.
