China has entered an aging society,and its development situation can be summarized as the largest number,the fastest speed,the largest difference and the heaviest task.With the rapid increase of the number and proportion of the elderly population,the pressure of raising the elderly in Chinese society continues to increase;In addition,the health level of the elderly population in China is generally low,especially at the grass-roots level of counties,townships(towns)and villages;At the same level of aging,China is facing more heavy pressure of realistic upbringing than developed countries.regions and the southeastern coastal areas,and the same village-level health service stations may have relatively sound departments and advanced equipment in the eastern region,but there may be only one village doctor or doctor in the western region.Therefore,the improvement of medical conditions and technology in the central and western regions and at the grass-roots level is particularly important.The aging industry will become a rapidly developing industry,to do a good job in the health of the elderly,that is,in line with the national policy,but also in line with the hearts and minds of the people.In recent years,with the rapid development of global information technology,the application of information technology represented by the Internet in all walks of life has become more diversified,which has led to a large number of new industries,new formats and new business models.With the popularity of mobile intelligent terminals,the sharing economy under the Internet platform has an important impact on economic life.The sharing business model represented by sharing bicycles and the further development of the free value-added business model represented by tencent video have become emerging business models.The reason why free value-added business model will occupy people’s psychological highland in a short time has a lot to do with its characteristics.Free is the most effective,direct and fastest way to attract members,especially in the aging health industry.Many problems in the health industry can be intervened free of charge to eliminate customers’ distrust,and value-added is particularly important.Free is the foundation,value-added improves the service requirements,value-added allows more people to have the right to choose,so that different types of customers can choose the right service according to their own conditions,more reasonable and more fair.Based on the above background,this paper takes the free value-added model of Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur’s business model in the new generation as a model,fully completes the customer segmentation,accurate positioning,customer-centered mining customer needs,accurately find out the pain points,and finally achieves the goal.In the mode,it can bedisplayed through value proposition.To dredge and deal with customer relations,clarify channels and channels,connect with the existing core resources of the company,realize value proposition through key business,and achieve value-added income generation through important cooperation among various parties,so as to achieve the overall closed-loop.This article is based on the background of China’s aging,and the central and western and urban and rural primary care is seriously wrong as an of corresponding products and the software system of member public number micro-mall are developed.To provide technical support and countermeasures for its smooth operation.Free experience-based means to achieve free value-added and meet the needs of customers are effective countermeasures to solve the problems between customers,cooperative stations and partners in the aging health industry.To achieve win-win situation for society,customers and companies.
