| General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress that “the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.”It was necessary to promote the development of rural industries,revitalize the countryside,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,and win the battle against poverty.The primary task was to strengthen rural infrastructure construction.However,as an important part of national infrastructure construction,highway traffic development was a prerequisite for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,combined with the current development of rural road traffic in Guizhou,the first “Top Ten” beautiful village—Hongqi Village in Guizhou Province was selected as the empirical investigation site.The questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method were used to compare and analyze the changes of rural social life before and after highway construction.Using space-time compression theory and traffic behavior theory to explore the specific impact of highway traffic development on rural society,so as to promote the sound development of traffic construction and rural social life,scientifically plan rural road infrastructure construction,promote the development of new socialist countryside,and implement rural revitalization strategy.The author maked a summary reflection from the dimensions of rural industry,poverty alleviation,lifestyle,interpersonal communication and rural living environment.In the conclusion,the author pointed out that road construction should reasonably coordinate the unity of ecology and sociality,and correctly grasp the road connection and The relationship between the people and the heart,adhering to the two bottom lines of "ecology and development",can build a rural society with "village beauty,industrial prosperity,peasant wealth,and excellent environment",and provide a healthy living social living space for rural people. |
