In recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously launched the "going out" strategy of high-speed rail.This strategy has also produced corresponding political and economic benefits in the process of overseas implementation,so it can be called high-speed rail diplomacy.Southeast Asia is currently the focus of China's high-speed rail "going out",and this strategy has been strongly contested by Japan.This article will first introduce China's current status of high-speed rail diplomacy in Southeast Asia and its corresponding economic and political goals.Then it analyzes Japan's competitive means and status quo of China's Southeast Asian high-speed rail diplomacy,the motivation of Japan's competition and its impact on China,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures. |
