In recent years,Dingzhou Economic Development Zone has initially built an industrial structure dominated by the automotive and parts industry,becoming the leader of Dingzhou's economic development,making great contributions to Dingzhou's fiscal revenue,and also becoming a experimental field for Dingzhou's opening up.However,Dingzhou Automobile and Parts Industry Cluster started from the establishment of Hebei Chang 'an in 2002.The establishment time is not yet very long.There are some advantages and some disadvantages.Whether or not it really becomes an industrial cluster is a subject that needs to be studied in depth.With the rapid advance of globalization and Internet informatization,industrial clusters have effectively integrated regions and industries,which is the future trend and strategic choice for the development of industrial clusters.In order to promote the development of automobile and parts industrial clusters in Dingzhou Economic Development Zone and better and faster to serve the local economic development with more precision,this paper,supported by the theory of industrial clusters,collates and analyzes the industrial data of automobile parts in Dingzhou Development Zone.Firstly,through the analysis and data comparison of the location and commercial law,it is determined whether the automobile and parts industry in Dingzhou Economic Development Zone has formed an industrial cluster;Secondly,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of Dingzhou Automobile and Parts Industry Cluster one by one,based on the SWOT matrix analysis,the development of the automotive and parts industry in Dingzhou Economic Development Zone is proposed.Development and response strategies.Through the research,it is confirmed that the automobile and parts industry in Dingzhou Economic Development Zone has been in line with the basic characteristics of industrial clusters,and the industrial clusters have developed healthily and well.Under the background of the great development of the automotive industry in the country,the Dingzhou Economic Development Zone has a strong momentum of development under the national strategy and superior location advantages of Xiongan New Area.However,the automobile and parts industry in Dingzhou Economic Development Zone is also facing the threat of competition with the industries around Baoding Great Wall and Shijiazhuang.At the same time,its own foundation is in a disadvantaged position under the relative comparison.Based on the research and analysis,this paper puts forward some relevant strategies for local development.This paper is rich in research on the automobile industry cluster at county level,and provides reference for the management committee of Dingzhou government and Dingzhou economic development zone.
