The research on the judgment of the performance-price ratio of electromechanical products represented by air-conditioning products is a research subject with complexity,fuzziness,subjectivity,and innovation.Through the judgment of the product cost performance level can accurately assess the status of the product in the market competition and allow companies to make timely strategic adjustments,but also providing reference for consumers to buy products.Therefore,the judgment of the product cost-performance level is one of the hot topics that the academic community and the traditional manufacturing industry are paying close attention to.This paper is aiming at the performance-price ratio of electromechanical products as the research direction.The main purpose is to establish a scientific and reasonable index evaluation system and an accurate price-performance level judgment method.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,redefining the conception of product cost performance based on the traditional concept of cost-effectiveness and the direction that modern consumers are paying attention to,by investigating the characteristics of air-conditioning products and the current state of competition in the domestic air-conditioning market,air-conditioning is selected as a research case.Secondly,some mathematical methods and theories commonly used in the judgment of the product's performance-price ratio were analyzed and compared,the methods of index selection and the evaluation method of the performance-price ratio were mainly discussed.Thirdly,select the air-conditioning performance index system preliminary,and constructed an index screening model based on cluster analysis and factor analysis.The model eliminated redundant indicators,streamlined the evaluation index system,and ensured that the information volume of the index system met the requirements.Then,an evaluation model based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established,and the steps of “AHP to obtain index weights” and “Fuzzy evaluation method to perform rating evaluation” were described in detail.The method of questionnaire survey and expert scoring is used to determine the index membership degree vector and the sample product is graded,and using a customer survey to compare the fuzzy evaluation results to verify the accuracy of the fuzzy evaluation model.Finally,the evaluation sample data of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used as the training sample of the BP neural network to construct the BP neural network prediction model of the performance-price ratio,and the similarity and the determination efficiency of the BP neural network model and the fuzzy evaluation model are compared with the sampled data.Then,the results of the evaluation of the predictive model are verified by means of a network survey questionnaire.The results show that under the condition of ensuring accuracy,the neural network prediction model is more sensitive and rapid than the fuzzy evaluation model,and the efficiency of the judgment of the product's performance-price ratio is improved.The method for determining the performance-price ratio of mechanical and electrical products proposed in this paper extends the traditional value-for-money ratio and uses air-conditioning as a research case to provide a method for determining the product's performance-price ratio.Based on cluster analysis and factor analysis,an index evaluation system for air-conditioning products is constructed,and the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to determine the performance-price ratio,and a neural network prediction model is constructed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of judgment.The judgment of the price/performance level provides a new method.
