The rapid development of the real estate industry and people’s demand for highquality living environments have made household central air conditioners widely used. With the upgrading of user demand from "cold and warm" to "healthy and comfortable",from "energy saving" to "green and low carbon",and from "price" to "performance and cost-effective",in response to the national "green and efficient cooling action plan" requirements Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation study on the performance of the residential central air-conditioning system. This paper takes the residential central air-conditioning system as the research object, establishes a performance evaluation index system, uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model, and conducts comprehensive evaluation of cases. The specific research content is as follows:In view of the largest market share of household multi-connected central air conditioners and the rapid development of household heat and humidity separate control air conditioners, according to relevant domestic standards, research results and actual demand questionnaire survey results, select economy, energy saving, and indoor environment Five criterion-level indicators such as quality, outdoor environmental impact and technical characteristics;use the full life cycle cost method to refine economy into initial investment, annual operating costs, service life, and later costs, and refine energy conservation into a system based on energy-saving standards Energy efficiency ratio.According to the requirements of "health and comfort",the indoor environment quality is refined into temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and fresh air volume.According to the "low carbon environmental protection",the outdoor environmental impact is refined into carbon dioxide emission reduction rate and refrigerant environmental protection coefficient. The "User Needs" questionnaire survey refined the technical characteristics into safety and reliability, maintenance and repairability, and maneuverability. And according to the actual situation of the project, the economy, energy saving and outdoor environmental impact are analyzed, the Airpak simulation and actual measurement are used to analyze the indoor environmental quality, and the grade proportion method is used to conduct an expert questionnaire survey to analyze the technical characteristics. The analytic hierarchy process and expert survey method are used to determine the index weight, and the index weight is revised based on the information entropy method.According to national standards, industry norms, relevant research results and market surveys, develop index grading standards.Based on the fuzzy membership theory, the distribution function method is used to calculate the membership degree of the quantitative indicators, and the grade proportion method is used to calculate the membership degree of the qualitative indicators. The comprehensive evaluation model of the household central air-conditioning system performance is established and the specific evaluation process is given.Select the engineering case of multi-line and heat and humidity sub-control scheme, and use the established comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and analyze it.Both schemes have reached the second level of evaluation. In the sub-item evaluation, the economic,energy-saving and technical characteristics of the multi-line scheme are all greater than the heat and humidity sub-control scheme, but the heat and humidity sub-control scheme is relatively large in terms of indoor environmental quality. In terms of comprehensive evaluation value, the multi-line scheme is larger, and the multi-line scheme should be preferred. The influence of the change of index weight and membership degree on the comprehensive evaluation result is discussed. |
