In recent years,the brain drain of China’s state-owned enterprises,especially in state-owned shipbuilding enterprises in the traditional industries,has been particularly serious.As one of the important components of the state-owned economy,state-owned shipbuilding enterprises play a key role in comprehensively deepening China’s industrial structure,raising the scientific and technological level of China’s enterprises,and improving China’s overall national strength.Its development will directly affect the development of China’s national economy.At present,the loss of talent in the state-owned shipbuilding industry is mainly concentrated in middle and high-level management personnel,core technical personnel,and new highly educated personnel.These personnel are precisely the backbone of enterprise development.The loss of outstanding talents has brought about many negative impacts on the sustainable operation and stable development of the company,which has reduced the overall morale of the company.Talent shortage has increased the company’s human resources management costs.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the causes of the current loss of personnel in state-owned shipbuilding companies and propose solutions.This paper takes Shanhaiguan shipbuilding heavy industry co.,ltd.as the research object.Firstly,a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to talent loss is read and studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in this enterprise,and expounds the current situation of human resources,the basic situation of employee turnover and the impact of employee turnover.Third,through the analysis of relevant theories and erosion model,combined with the enterprise personnel loss data in recent years,and on the basis of investigation on employee job satisfaction,from the social level,enterprise level and individual level three aspects of targeted for the enterprise staffs loss influencing factors of scale,and the data collection and sorting,using structural equation analysis;Fifth,according to the data analysis results of the structural equation,the main reasons for the employee turnover of shanhaiguan shipbuilding heavy industry co.,LTD are obtained,and corresponding solutions are proposed,aiming at stabilizing the talent team of this enterprise and reducing the phenomenon of talent loss.Finally,the conclusion and prospect of this paper are expounded,and the deficiencies and problems to be further studied are pointed out.
