Investigation And Study On Cultural Landscape Of Residential District In Beihai

Culture is not only important for a nationality and a country but also plays a key role in keeping the social stability,harmony and people's sense of belonging.Cultural Landscape have great effect on people's life:Our living space,cultural awareness and geographical environment interact with each other,thus they form into our survival environment and show emotions.By designing scientific and reasonable cultural landscape,we can promote social harmony,improve national quality,aesthetic tastes and values.Firstly,this paper put forward designing theories and ways about cultural landscape in residential areas based on related documents,analysis of cultual landscape theories,thoughts of some excellent projects,the induction of Beihai's landscape designing symbols.Secondly,according to the surways and the analysis data of 5 representative residential areas in Beihai and the fieldworks towards 20 residential areas around Beihai and HePu county,we find various cultural landscape's problems such as they lack of conotation,traditional culture,regional characteristics are not distinguishing enough and so on..Finally,we propose strategies about designing cultural landscape in Beihai's residential areas by combining the actual developing conditons and analyzing the developing background and its regional characteristics.As long as we combine the traditional culture,local characteristics into the design of a cultural landscape,then we can take the advantage of the resources of the tourism and finally turn Beihai into a comfortable seaside residential areas.This paper summarizes the basic principles of cultural landscape design through the study and analysis of cultural landscape;Through field visits,questionnaires and company interviews to understand the landscape situation and existing problems in Beihai City.The emphasis is on extraction,induction,integration and other design techniques to design elements that conform to the development of North Sea culture;This paper puts forward the basic strategy of cultural landscape design in Beihai City and the surrounding coastal cities to create a characteristic living environment.
