Concrete is one of the most important materials which are widely used in modern building structure construction.While development for many years,concrete market in Kunming ambush a complex problem: the market disordered competition,price competition;lack of technological innovation,low degree of product differentiation;bad health in the financial;product quality and instability in a variety of issues restricted the commercial concrete industry that blocked the further development of commodity production and application of concrete and will be a potential threat for the structural engineering quality!The study combines the characteristics of commodity concrete industry,concludes management experiences and lessons of domestic and international commercial concrete in system theory,,makes an in-depth analysis and research and evaluation to ready-mixed concrete market of Kunming in order to clarify the medium-sized city of Kunming ready-mixed concrete development of the industry conditions,summed up in China’s concrete industry against the backdrop of the rapid development of medium-sized cities in this industry exist in the management of practical problems.Through this study from the reality on the basis of the development of commodity concrete of Kunming,study analysis the root knot lies deeply.From Kunming second Construction concrete Co.as the initiator;article explores deeply the establishment of commodity concrete industry,strategic alliance from the internal and external environment to form a long-term strategic partnership.From the macro-environment analysis,enterprise through the establishment of strategic alliances can achieve a commodity produced the sharing of resources and reduce costs;information sharing,promote technological innovation;to make up a "strategic gap" to increase the enterprise’s core competitiveness;the formation of scale,to reduce operational risks.Study is tend to explore build the strategic alliance in concrete companies in Kunming,and analysis the feasibility of commercial concrete bigger and stronger to play a guiding role of theory for the standardized management of ready-mixed concrete.
