With the extension of the decline in fertility and life expectancy,the aging population has become a global issue,China is the world's most populous country in the elderly,according to statistics,at present,China's elderly people over the age of sixty has reached to 222 million(end of 2016),is expected in 2030 will reach 300 million,with the population aging situation the number of people who are incompetent also greatly increased,the rehabilitation nursing of incompetent people has become a problem that can not be ignored in the process of social developmentTaking rehabilitation nursing bed as the research object,this paper designed and implemented a variable load cross platform system for rehabilitation nursing beds,in-depth researched and analyzed the cross platform motion system on the bed,and based on that,we designed the motion mechanism on the rehabilitation nursing bed.It mainly includes the design and implementation of the back-supporting motion mechanism,the back protection mechanism and the moving table-the composite motion of the curved leg.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)the design requirements for variable load cross platform system are put forward according to the particularity of the use of the rehabilitation nursing bed place,and the human engineering principle and GB/T10000-1988 Chinese adult human body size.scientifically designed the size of the whole bed and the layout of the bed board.and select the important parts of the rehabilitation nursing bed(2)to analyze the rehabilitation nursing bed load cross platform mechanism,establish the three-dimensional model of the back-supporting movement mechanism and back protection mechanism and movable table-the composite motion of the curved leg of the two functions module,the analysis of kinematics and dynamics is also carried out.To determine the bar size,rotation angle and force distribution of the function module mechanism,the institution in accordance with the vector relation equations are listed for important nursing bed bar's stress,especially the stress expression of electric putter,and the function and displacement of velocity and acceleration of change over time through theoretical analysis,theoretical analysis and software simulation are used to provide theoretical and data support for the implementation of the next step system.(3)on the basis of theoretical analysis,the design and implementation of the variable load cross platform system for the rehabilitation nursing bed,including the selection and installation of electric system,the design and implementation of back-supporting and sliding protection of the mechanical structure,the selection of moving table parallel moving mechanism,the finite element analysis and determine the installation of mobile table motor,and the design and implementation of curved legs movement mechanism.(4)the modal analysis of the important variable load cross platform motion mechanism of rehabilitation nursing bed are finished with ANSYS software,the results demonstrated that motion mechanism design can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance meet the requirements of the design of rehabilitation nursing bed,the finite element analysis of the major moving parts on the rehabilitation nursing bed are using SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION,the analysis results are accurate and the function is simple.(5)The installation and debugging of the cross platform system and the variable load of the rehabilitation nursing bed are finished,we analysis and found problems in the process of installation,and the design is reanalyzed and optimized,a prototype experiment on the functional requirements of the rehabilitation nursing bed is made in order to realize all the functions correctly and run effectively for a long time.
