The development of economy cannot be separated from the development of science and technology.Innovation is an important factor to improve the ability of science and technology.As a manufacturing country,we should adhere to the innovation-driven approach,so as to inject strong impetus into high-quality economic development.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the study of scientific and technological innovation,and computer software as an auxiliary innovation has also been favored by experts,scholars and enterprises.Computer Aided Innovation,or CAI for short,is a technology that combines Innovation methods with Computer software and is applied in the product Innovation process.It generally includes product function analysis,technical analysis,innovation resource pool and program evaluation and other modules,aiming to help product developers quickly find solutions to technical challenges,accelerate product development and problem solving,shorten the whole development cycle,and obtain high-quality innovative design.At present,CAI technology has been widely used in many countries to solve thousands of problems in product development.This paper will study how CAI technology can be better applied in product design.This paper firstly summarizes the current development and research status of CAI technology,and explains the main research content and process of this paper.Secondly,contrapose the Goldfire Innovator,its working method and framework system are analyzed,and several workflow are briefly introduced.At the same time,the function of the product and the knowledge of functional ontology is introduced.Then,in order to improve the traditional root cause analysis method,the problem solving method based on CAI is proposed,which forms the route to solve the initial problem of product innovation.The combination of the two modules in the CAI can quickly solve the adverse events in the design,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example of red wine packaging box.Then,in order to solve the problems in the later stage of product innovation,the function change method based on CAI science effect was proposed,and the function change solution process and the Goldfire science effect library solution process were corresponded.The two methods can be used interchangably to quickly obtain the original understanding and shorten the time cost.Finally,the initial solution method and the later solution method are combined to improve the adverse events in life to obtain innovative products,and present a design scheme of noise proof pillow.This paper studies and applies Goldfire's huge knowledge base,focusing on root cause analysis,system analysis and scientific effect base.Proposetwo new methods,which solve the problems in the early and late stage of product innovation,improve the efficiency of innovation and have great practicability.
