| In the structural design of the civil aviation airport pavement and the evaluation of the pavement strength,traffic volume is a very important parameter.Under the conditions of certain model combination and take-off and landing times,the calculation result of traffic volume depends on the lateral distribution law of the wheel in the road surface.It is generally believed that the wheel is normally distributed on the road surface.However,the parameters related to normal distribution adopted at home and abroad vary greatly.For example,the passing width of the runway parts in the world varies from 1.159m-11.4m,which is very different,and the value and strength analysis of the thickness of the pavement structure.Brings great uncertainty.Based on the above background,what this article mainly carried out as follows:1.Firstly,the superposition law of the track wheel probability is studied,and the law of wheel track superposition on the track surface under different landing gear types,different traffic times and different discrete parameters is calculated.The results show that the smaller the discrete parameters,the more obvious the independent peak phenomenon centered on the center position of various types of landing gears.With the increase of the discreteness,the overlapping phenomenon of the landing gears is gradually obvious and the color peaks are saturated.Based on the 95% guarantee rate,the correlation between the range of the wheel width and the standard deviation of the control model with wide,medium and narrow landing gears was determined.This conclusion provides a basic theoretical basis for the method of analyzing the slip width by the wheel test.2.Based on the principle of light reflection,a black wheel track test device for the runway grounding belt was designed and developed.Then,the wheel track distribution test was carried out on the grounding belt of an airport runway.Finally,the normalized wheel was based on the principle of least squares.The trace test curve is optimally fitted to the theoretical calculation curve to obtain the lateral distribution parameters of the airport runway.The calculation results show that the standard deviation of the lateral distribution of the main wheel of the airport is 1.196 m and the corresponding traffic width is 2.752 m.This value is very different from the current value of the aircraft in the concrete track pavement design in China,which is similar to the foreign value.The measured superimposed positions are 16.6m~16.8m and 23.2m~23.3m,respectively.The calculation position is consistent.Although the sample collection is small,at least it proves that it is feasible to analyze the lateral distribution of the main wheel of the aircraft through the wheel tester,which lays a foundation for subsequent system research.3.The influence degree of lateral distribution parameters on the design and strength evaluation of pavement structure was studied.The variation of thickness and strength of cement concrete pavement under different traffic width parameters was analyzed by using FAA pavement structure calculation and pavement strength analysis program.The results show that: When the lateral distribution of the wheel is relatively concentrated,the change of the width of the passage has a great influence on the thickness and load-bearing strength of the pavement.When the width of the passage increases to a certain extent,the influence on the thickness and load-bearing strength of the pavement is significantly reduced.The limit of the width of the pass is about 1.15 m.Combined with the current width value of cement concrete pavement in China and the analysis of the conclusion of this study,the thickness of the pavement panel is 8.4% lower due to the larger width of the passing width in the design of cement concrete pavement in China.PCN is 9.0% higher.This conclusion has reference value for improving the design of road surface design and bearing capacity in China. |
