In the 21cn, HPC has been widely using in construction. The use of the admixtures and superplasticizers makes the concrete quality factors more complex, so how to control and evaluate the quality of HPC is a research issue in the field of quality control.According to the production features and construction system (multi-unit assisted) of HPC, the paper has put forward a HPC control system which consisted of pre-control, mid-control and post-control.In mid-control stage of HPC, This paper suggests a quality control method to use current sample information as soon as possible. This method not only reflects the current state of quality, but also predicts and analyzes the reliability of the next stage. Meanwhile, the theoretical support of HPC quality control can be provided by the combination of former control and feedback control.Combining with the actual engineering, firstly, The paper has counted and analyzed the dates of different strength grade in month and quarter;then, on the basis of result, defined the valued range of parameters in HSC evaluation fomula in terms of the standard of concrete strength evaluation and two kinds of misinterpretation probability, made an attempt on recession of HPC criterion.
