Study On The Protection And Renewal Of Traditional Villages Of Jichuan Village,Putian

Traditional villages are cultural carriers that have undergone historical changes of 5,000 years.They carry historical culture,local customs,local conditions,and reflect the life of local residents.The material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage are the products of people's wisdom,and have high protection value and research significance.However,with the development of the economy,the influence of urbanization,and the contradiction between the improvement of people's quality of life requirements and the infrastructure of traditional villages,a large number of traditional villages have been destroyed.Therefore,the protection and renewal of traditional villages is imminent.This paper analyzes the related concepts of traditional villages,protection and renewal;resolves the history of traditional village protection and the related laws and regulations at home and abroad,and expounds the protection of historical and architectural buildings,the protection and renewal of traditional villages,the development of traditional village tourism,and the research results of the wisdom of rural tourism in the context of the new era.This paper analyzes the related concepts of traditional villages,protection and renewal;analyzes the history of traditional village protection and the related laws and regulations at home and abroad,and expounds the protection of historical and architectural buildings,the protection and renewal of traditional villages,and the development of traditional village tourism.And the research results of many aspects such as the wisdom of rural tourism in the new era.This article takes Jichuan Village as the research object,which contains rich cultural heritage.Through the investigation and analysis of the current resources of Jichuan Village,it is understood that the village history of Jichuan Village has experienced five stages: origindevelopment-prosperity-recession-rebirth,and the interpretation of the site of Jichuan Village settlement follows the "Pillow Mountain Water Surface Screen" of " Geomantic Omen " theory.Analyzing the street and street interface to select local materials and integrating into nature;deeply analyzing the characteristics of historical buildings in Jichuan Village.The roof is mainly suspended from the top of the mountain.The architectural details include carvings(wood carvings,stone carvings),gray sculptures and paintings.At the same time,the traditional culture of Jichuan Village is mainly explored,including Mazu culture,farming culture,Sanyi religion,red culture and overseas Chinese culture.It has profound historical value and social value.Under the guidance of theoretical research,using the "anti-planning" approach and the "smart village" design concept,we draw on the relevant cases of Shirakawa Township,Youxi Guifeng Village,Hubei Chengmagang Town and Zhejiang Wuzhen,and the SWOT analysis of Jichuan Village.The protection and renewal strategy of “cultural integration,industrial development,public participation,and wisdom enhancement” and the five principles of “integration,authenticity,dynamic protection,sustainable development,and public participation”.The development of its development is "an idyllic fairyland,ancient rhyme Jichuan",and the protection and renewal structure is designed as "one belt,one center,two axes and five areas".At the same time,the space structure of the central axis of the Bijiashan-Aiyungong tomb-Tianyuan Palace is maintained,and the texture of the Jichuan Street is protected from the perspective of maintaining the existing street network,selecting the local materials,and controlling the scale of the street and the street;taking protection and repairing,improvement,remediation,and demolition methods to classify and protect historic buildings,while integrating traditional culture to enhance building functions;from public service facilities,giving Drainage planning,power communication facilities,and comprehensive disaster prevention planning will improve the infrastructure construction of Jichuan Village.At the same time,it proposes the smart promotion strategy of Jichuan Village,and strives to make it a charm that integrates humanity,pastoralism and wisdom.
