Nowadays,the absorption refrigeration system which consumes heat energy,becomes the focus in the research of current refrigeration technology.The monitoring system is important for improving efficiency of refrigeration system,as a part of refrigeration technology.In the filed of device monitor,the monitoring system is developing rapidly by using the cloud computing.And virtualization technology,as the key to cloud computing,is used to achieve the flexible use of hardware resources to save the costs of the hardware development and maintenance,and improve the the stability of the monitoring system.Then the adaptive capacity of monitoring system can be improved to adapt to the application environment with the on-demand allocation of resource.In this paper,a new type of absorption refrigeration experimental system as a research object,the management system is developed based on could computing.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the working principle and control mode of the new absorption refrigeration are obtained by analyzing the research status of the absorption refrigeration system.Based on this,the conceptual design of the remote cloud monitoring system is completed,including the sensing and executing layer,the management layer,the communication layer,the platform layer,to complete the function of parameter acquisition,parameter control,data summary,data transmission,data management of the cloud platform.Secondly,the hardware designs of the embedded cloud gateway and electronic expansion valve are completed.Then the embedded cloud gateway use ARM as the principal chip,with RS232 interface circuit,GPRS interface circuit and network card interface circuit.Through the analysis of the working principle and the actual working condition,the CAN communication interface circuit and the stepping motor control circuit are designed.Thirdly,by analyzing the TCP / IP protocol,CAN protocol,Modbus protocol and EDP protocol,the communication mode of each protocol in the system is designed.In the software design of embedded cloud gateway,the qtopia development environment,with Linux operating system,is used.The multi-thread of the data acquisition,data communication,Sqlite data access and data-sharing architecture of cloud platform and other function modules can be achieved.The software program of the electronic expansion valve control unit is designed to drive the field-bus communication module and motor driver.Finally,the management system of data is established on the cloud platformThrough the registration of the embedded device and the data stream,the data of cloud platform experimental is banded to operating parameters.Based on the data management system,the visual application of refrigerator cloud management is developed to the management of the absorption refrigeration system for remote terminal users.The management system completes the functions of the data storage,display and control of the refrigeration.The problems of the current experimental data sharing and remote management is solved by the system.And it has a certain value for the internet remote monitoring and data storage.
