At present,three plunger pump reverse osmosis(RO)generator was used in domestic and international shipping,offshore platform and ocean islands,it is the main sea water desalination device.Three-plunger type high-pressure pump is the important power components for RO generator,which is widely used in marine equipment industry due to its reliable,low cost,and durable.But the vibration of the piping system which uses the high pressure pump generator is very large,the inlet and outlet pipeline of the equipment was often broke by the vibration.The vibration of the high-pressure pump of the reverse osmosis generator and the pipeline system was analyzed in this thesis through the method of the theory and experiment;the reasons of this vibration were found,and the method to reduce the vibration of the high pressure pump discharge pipeline was provided.Experiment was done to validate the vibration reduction measures,ensure the service life of the high pressure pump discharge line.The mechanism and the main factors of the vibration was found by analysis the structure characteristics of the three plunger pump;The flow pulsation of the three plunger pump was calculated,the buffer tank was designed and tested to verify the vibration damping effect;CAESAR II was used to simulate the vibration data of the outlet pipeline;The experiment data was compared with the results of CAESAR II.The results of this study was to install suitable accumulator in the outlet pipeline of the high pressure pump for the RO system,install reliable heavy pipe clamp,and reduce the amount of bend,all this three methods were effective to reduce the vibration.
