Subway construction as a large key project,with a long duration,uncertain factors,large investment and so on.The professional design of ventilation and air conditioning in station is a very important part in the process of subway construction.Because of its design cycle long(three years),participants(the construction side,the construction side,suppliers,general hospital),and other(architectural,structural,electrical,water supply and drainage and so on)interface complex characteristics.The design of ventilation and air conditioning system in metro station often happens in the time delay,the design quality is decreased,and the operation cost of the following station is increased.Because of the importance of underground ventilation and air conditioning,the design of the pros and cons,not only related to the construction and operation of the people,but also directly affect people's daily life travel.In this paper,through the study of the characteristics of ventilation and air conditioning system in subway station,the management of ventilation and air conditioning specialty design is studied.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the risk factors of ventilation and air conditioning in metro station were identified.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the risk evaluation index system of ventilation and air conditioning specialty design of subway station is formed.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the risk comprehensive evaluation model,and the risk response system is established by analyzing the demand and model of the risk response of the subway station ventilation and air conditioning professional design.By establishing risk assessment index system,risk comprehensive evaluation model and risk response system,the risk management model of ventilation and air conditioning specialty design of subway station is established.Through this model,the risk management of ventilation and air conditioning in metro station is more standardized,and the process is more standardized.This paper provides help and reference for the personnel who are engaged in the risk management of subway station.
