The subway develops so fast for its characteristics of safety,quick speed,the transportation,less area,driving effect on the development of economic along the line in the past ten years,which adapts to the economic development of country and is of great significance to people's daily life and urban development.The rapid construction of subway has led to increasing social risk day by day though its benefits.How to take actions to reduce the risk has become a hot research topic.This thesis describes the social risk types of the subway construction.According to the characteristics of subway construction project,one evaluation index system of social risk is presented from the point of social impact,based on a large number of construction site investigations and the combination of the objective evaluation,expert evaluation and evaluation of public participation.The social risk weights are calculated with hierarchy process,the probability is added through CIM parallel model and Likelihood of occurrence is presented by the probability.And make an empirical study on the social risk analysis of subway construction project with the example of Qingdao Subway Line 13 Project.Results show that the social risk of the project runs at high risk and the appropriate measures should be taken in time to minimize risk and guarantee engineering safety.At last,using the whole life cycle management concept of BIM technology,the thesis study the social risk analysis process based on the BIM technology and get the effective analysis process.The social risk calculation method of the thesis could be used to calculate the effective probability.The analysis process based on BIM technology is a new way of social risk assessment,which has theoretical and practical significance for social risk analysis.
