The Master Plan For The Construction Of Qing'an Xincun,Baqiao Town,Yangzhong City

Under the background of reform and opening up and the rapid development of urbanization,the countryside has gradually fallen behind the cities,and the countryside has always been the birthplace of Chinese art and culture in history.With the development of the times,the country has gradually noticed the importance of rural development.Based on the characteristics of the development of a modern new countryside and the requirements for the superior planning of the town of Baqiao,this paper has carried out a master plan for the construction of Qing'an Xincun,Baqiao Town,Yangzhong City.By means of literature synthesis,theoretical research,and case studies,the author combines the field surveys and existing resource analysis with the strategy of "rejuvenating the industry,livability of ecology,civilized civilization,effective governance,and affluent life" of the rural revitalization strategy of the Central Rural Work Conference.The general requirements of the word are planning goals.Through the overall planning for the construction of the Qing'an New Village,the Qing'an New Village will be rejuvenated.The main results are as follows:1.Through the investigation and analysis of the site's current situation,the analysis and reference of excellent cases,combined with the landscape ecology theory,garden aesthetics theory,and psychological theory of planning guidance theory,summed up the principles of land suitability,overall priority,heterogeneity preservation Principles,participatory principles,ecological,economic,and social benefits combined with the principle of the four major principles of planning,construction of the overall plan.2.According to the differences in functions and landscapes,Qing'an New Village is divided into two major parts: the new village and the old nature.According to the needs of the old and new residents at the current stage,the ecological needs of the new village and the needs of the new village industry have formed a resettlement area for the protection of old nature.Districts,agricultural growing areas,waterfront recreation areas,parking areas and other areas.3.Organize the traffic system according to the original topography of the site.The roads in the regular resettlement area are in contrast with the natural natural roads.4.Reasonably use the original plants on the site,select local native plants for plant species,and increase the local rural flavor of Qing'an Xincun.5.Through the creation of the living environment and the natural environment of the new village of Qing'an Xincun,the formation of the characteristics of the development of the village of Shuimei Village in Qing'an Xincun,the development of the new industry in Qing'an Xincun and its surrounding tertiary industry,and the formation of the surrounding primary and secondary industries at the same time The linear connection makes the Qing'an Xincun more vitality and sustainable development.The planning of Qing'an Xincun,Baqiao Town,Yangzhong City,Jiangsu Province is based on the local natural ecology,humanistic and historical environment,development of surrounding areas and its own tertiary industry,and strives to create a new type of resettlement village with industry,ecology,humanities,human settlement and harmonious symbiosis.
