Harmonic transmission technology is a new transmission technology that began to develop in the mid-1950 s.Due to its simple structure,small size,high transmission precision,large transmission ratio,high bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency,after the emergence of harmonic reducers,countries all over the world are committed to the research and production of harmonic reducers..In actual work,the soft wheel is more susceptible to damage than other parts of the harmonic reducer,so increasing the fatigue life of the flexible wheel has always been a major problem of the harmonic reducer.The failure of the existing long-type flexible wheel and short-type flexible wheel mainly occurs in the ring gear and the bottom of the cylinder,and is also the two parts with the equivalent stress in the flexible wheel.The maximum stress point of the flexible wheel generally occurs in the soft The part of the wheel that connects the ring gear to the barrel.The flexible wheel is a flexible body member,and its stress and deflection calculation is extremely complicated.At the same time,the ratio of the maximum radial deformation to the thickness of the flexible wheel is large,so the stress and deflection cannot be accurately obtained theoretically,and it can only be determined experimentally..Based on the above factors,it is also an important premise to study the key structural parameters of the flexible wheel,design a new flexible wheel,change its key position structure,and eliminate the stress concentration of the flexible ring gear.An important way to break through the inherent structure of harmonic reducers.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure of the flexible wheel through the theoretical angle,adjusts the structure of the flexible wheel,and changes the thin-walled flexible wheel of the core component of the existing cylindrical harmonic reducer,by compressing the wall of the original long-wheel flexible wheel.It is changed into a semi-circular arc structure to optimize the structural parameters of key parts to ensure the reliability of the new flexible wheel.Secondly,using ANSYS Workbench software to carry out finite element analysis on the original flexible wheel and our new flexible wheel,the deformation characteristics and laws of the flexible wheel under the empty load condition,as well as the overall distribution of stress and the position of the maximum stress occur..Further analysis of the subsequent experiments was carried out by using faTigue to analyze the fatigue life of the new flexible wheel.Finally,for the newly designed flexible wheel,the whole set of harmonic reducer processing drawings,design experimental scheme and experimental platform were designed.Accurate measurement and experiment on the transmission accuracy,rotation error,torsional moment,starting torque,efficiency and overload test of the flexible wheel.
