Harmonic reducer is a flexible component that generates controllable deformation waves to transmit motion and power under the action of a wave generator.It has the advantages of large reduction ratio,high precision,small size,and smooth transmission.In practical applications,as the core component of the harmonic reducer,the flexspline is subjected to periodic alternating stress during the working process,which is prone to fatigue failure and damage.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the mechanical properties and fatigue life of the flexspline.Based on the theory and motion relation of harmonic gear reducer,the three-dimensional model of harmonic gear reducer is established.Based on finite element analysis to study the soft wheel in no-load and load conditions of stress and strain change rule,respectively in gear ring front,gear ring backend,soft wheel cylinder defines three paths,ascend a sample extraction stress positions,compare the soft wheel in no-load and load state of stress distribution condition,found in the neighborhood of long axis of the wave generator,soft round of maximum stress value;The modal analysis of the flexible wheel is carried out with ANSYS,and the vibration frequency and mode mode of the flexible wheel are obtained.Studied soft round tube length,thickness and radial deformation,gear ring width of four factors on the influence law of stress and strain,soft round with gear ring back end,soft round drum stress distribution status to ascend a evaluation index,and the design of orthogonal experiment according to the results of the analysis,using the analysis method with orthogonal experiment results,the soft round of structure is obtained,the optimal combination of parameters,and further obtained four single factor's influence on soft round stress sequence,by comparison with the finite element analysis results shows that the optimized soft round of structure stress concentration phenomenon has been obviously improved.Finally,based on the finite element analysis results of the flexible wheel,the fatigue life of the flexible wheel is analyzed by using the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory,which is significantly higher than that before optimization.The research of the thesis has certain reference value for improving the working performance of harmonic reducer.
