Harmonic reducer is a kind of precision reduction gear with compact structure and high transmission efficiency,which is widely used in aerospace.In the transmission process of harmonic reducer,there are problems such as flexible deformation of the flexible wheel,the excitation effect of the wave generator,and the nonlinear meshing contact between the flexible wheel and the rigid wheel.The dynamic performance and transmission precision of the reducer are severely affected.At present,the research of wheel deformation and nonlinear meshing contact in harmonic transmission is not perfect.Therefore,The deformation characteristics of theflexible wheel are analyzed by finite element method,A radial deformation test device is designed to study the deformation properties of the flexible wheel.(1)The key factors of driving accuracy in harmonic transmission is studied.In the process of harmonic drive,the structural flexibility affects every step of the harmonic gear transmission,So the deformation characteristic of the flexible wheel is very important to the transmission accuracy of the harmonic gear.In this paper,the deformation mechanism and fatigue properties of the flexible wheel are analyzed theoretically.(2)The finite element simulation analysis of the flexible wheel model is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.The deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the flexible wheel under initial assembly are studied.The effect of different materials on the dynamic characteristics of the flexible wheel is analyzed,and the flexible wheel modal analysis is carried out,and the vibrational and natural frequencies of the flexible wheels are obtained.The study found that the glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin and the intrinsic frequencies of 30 Cr MnSiNiA were approximately equal,Carbon-fibre reinforced epoxy resins have two times the natural frequency of each order.This conclusion provides the basis for the selection of materials in the soft wheel manufacturing.(3)Based on the deformation characteristics of the flexible wheel,an experimental platform is designed,The relationship between the amplitude variable and the speed of the flexible wheel is studied,The radial displacement of the camshaft under the condition of speed and load is analyzed.In addition,the radial displacement of the flexible wheel in the micro state is shown in polar coordinates.Research shows that:The amplitude variable of the flexible wheel increases with the increase of the speed,Reach maximum at 0.4r/min,After that,the curve shows a linear decreasing trend.
