| The development of electric power industry plays a very important role in promoting the development of national economy and social progress.Circuit breaker is an important control and protection equipment in power system.Electromagnet is an important component to control the closing and opening of spring operating circuit breakers.In order to improve the performance of circuit breakers,the electromagnet of circuit breakers will be simulated and optimized.The best design can be obtained by comparing different design schemes.It provides the theoretical basis for the parameter design of the electromagnet.In this paper,the DC24 V electromagnet used in 10 kV circuit breaker for distribution network is studied.The electromagnetic field simulation software Ansoft Maxwell is applied to simulate the electromagnet.By understanding the working principle of spring operating mechanism and electromagnet,the effect and influence of the parameters such as force value,stroke and minimum operating voltage on the dynamic and static characteristics of the electromagnet are analyzed,and the simulation of the existing electromagnet is completed.By establishing a two-dimensional simulation model of electromagnet in Ansoft Maxwell for magnetic field simulation and electromagnetic force calculation,the parameters such as the mass of moving parts,the value of coil resistance and inductance,the number of coil turns and the stroke of electromagnet are improved.The parameters of the electromagnet are optimized to improve the performance of the tested electromagnet.The electromagnet experimental platform is built to test the designed electromagnet.The experimental data and the simulation data are compared to verify the practicability of the simulation results.The electromagnetic force and the response speed of the electromagnet are improved,and the performance of the electromagnet is superior to that of the electromagnet before the optimization. |
