Along with the development of the automatic control technology, the use ofelectromagnetic valve is extensive, among them with its reliable linear electromagnet,control precision higher characteristic, in recent years become the focus of researchelectromagnets. Linear electromagnet divided into force control type, travel control type,DiaoJieXing position, the different types of electromagnet used in different occasions.This paper makes a study of the force control type linear electromagnet. Used to solve aweighing system, the system imbalance problem, and that is when the system imbalance,timely in the imbalance in the same force to add a, make the system to achieve thebalance.This paper first introduced the magnetic circuit of electromagnetic valve magneticfield the basic principle knowledge and theorem. According to the requirement of thestructure of the electromagnet parameters for the design, including the electromagnetstructure of the selection, the size of the electromagnetic valve design, the choice ofmaterials electromagnetic valve, electromagnetic valve of the coil winding way choice,the choice of coil diameter electromagnetic valve, electromagnetic iron coil circlenumber of calculations, etc. And the magnetic circuit analysis method, and draws up thetest the currents and used around magnetic coil the size of the circle number, the magnetfor dc electromagnetic force size preliminary calculation.Second, using ANSYS simulation software, the establishment of E type electromagnetfinite element model, through to the electromagnet loading linear voltage, got E typeelectromagnetism F-I TieXing curve, and verifies the E type electromagnetism F-ITieXing curve of the nonlinear.Again, put forth the feed-forward compensation method to solve the E typeelectromagnetism F-I characteristic curve of nonlinear problems, and design for the Etype electromagnetism F-I characteristic curve nonlinear problem of feed-forwardcompensation algorithm. And through the Matlab/Simulink mathematical simulationsoftware, in the compensation control and not the compensation control of two cases thesimulation analysis, and contrast the simulation, and the results proved thecompensation control, E type electromagnetism F-I characteristic curve has beenimproved, and the linear relationship is obviously. Then, the linear control system of the electromagnetic force hardware circuit design,put forward the main circuit using H bridge the chopper to E type electromagnet theelectromagnetic force control, control circuit of the EV module to the TMS320F2812toH bridge the chopper on the adjustment, detection circuit using current sensor to controlthe size of the current real-time detection methods.Finally, the electromagnetic force control system software design, including the SPImouth to signal collection and the EV module to the PWM signal output of control, andthe DSP realized the feedforward control algorithm.
