Nowadays,the development of China's new energy electric vehicle industry is in its infancy.With the rapid growth of the number of electric vehicles,waste power batteries will be produced in large quantities.In order to avoid the secondary pollution of the power battery to the environment,and to effectively reduce the production and manufacturing costs of electric vehicles by valuable metal recycling,volume recycling of waste power batteries must and will become a new industry very soon.This thesis will help to know this new industry by studying Dalian DT company power battery recycling project design and risk management.Hope the conclusion of risk management can inspire more other company which is interested in this new industry.This thesis recognizes all finance,quality,schedule,technical and safety risks from each phase of Dalian DT company power battery recycling project by fish bone and brain storm methods.Then do risk assessment for entire project and each phase by risk map and subjective scoring methods,and point out which project phase and which category of risk has highest risk per each risk level and need to take care of them.Prioritize to give solutions for high risks of each phase by methods of avoid risk,accept risk,prepare for risk,transfer risk,prevent risk and reduce risk.At last,propose to establish the project risk management system,establish the project risk management organization,strengthen the risk management consciousness,and utilize risk management report and tracking sheet to establish the project risk security system.Through the study of the risk management case of Dalian DT Power Battery Recycling Project,we can identify the main risks in each project phase and the main risks of each risk category by using the method of risk management.Combining theory with practice and giving corresponding countermeasures,this thesis provides valuable theoretical reference and practical basis for risk management of this project.
