Traction substation is an important component of electrified railway power supply system,which plays the role of power transmission and voltage conversion.There are many internal equipments in the traction substation with the complex line connection.The contact resistance of the line clamp is increased due to the unclean contact surface and contac t oxidation.Or loose mechanical deformation caused during overhau,?the contact ablation of the inner conductor of the line clamp,and the short circuit and overload during operation cause fluctuations in the temperature of the line clamp,causing sparks and arc discharge.If the elimination is not discovered in time,it will seriously affect the operation of the equipment and affect the safety and stability of the electrified railway.Therefore,in order to discover equipment failures and eliminate potential hidden dangers of the system timely,it is extremely importast to monitor the temperature information at the line clamps of each device In the traction substation in real time.In this paper,the wireless temperature measurement technology of the traction substation line clamp is taken as the research object.Firstly,the necessity of the temperature measurement of the traction substation,the existing problems and the research status at home and abroad are comprehensively studied,and the temperature system and communication scheme are designed.Secondly,the overall architecture and networking of the system are designed.The temperature measurement system is mainly composed of temperature collection node,coordinator and host computer temperature management system.The temperature acquisition node is the terminal node of the system with small size and low power cconsuiption.It can be installed at each clamp to realize the measurement and wireless transmission of the temperature information at the clip of the traction substation line.The coordinator mainly completes the reception of temperature information and transmits it to the host computer.The upper computer temperature management system is installed on the PC and is responsible for processing the data transmitted by the coordinator to realize temperature display,storage and alarm.This design adopts ZigBee wireless transmission technology,selecting CC2530 core chip and digital temperature sensor DS18B20.The hardware and software of temperature acquisition node and coordinator are designed and the temperature management system of the upper computer is established.Finally,the system debugging verifys the effectiveness of the wireless temperature measurement system of the clip substation based on ZigBee wireless transmission designed in this paper.
