With the development of dam technology,building materials and construction equipment,RCC arch dam has been used more and more because of its good stress condition and relatively small account of work.The arch dam is relatively thin compared with the conventional gravity dam and is relatively sensitive to the influence of temperature.Therefore,the temperature stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of concrete becomes a main structural load of the arch dam,and the temperature stress can easily cause cracks on the surface and interior of the dam body and cause damage to the dam body.Therefore,how to control the temperature during construction period and avoid forming excessive temperature stress is one of the main problems in RCC arch dam construction.At present,for the dam concrete temperature control calculation and analysis,it has been more mature in RCC arch dam projects and they have generally considered the influence of the temperature stress,with the aid of computer,for roller compacted concrete during construction period and temperature control parameters can get more accurate results.But because of the particularity of water resources and hydropower engineering,each RCC arch dam is different.And also it does bad natural conditions.How to formulate a reasonable plan and effective temperature control measures during construction period and to reduce the stress of RCC dam body temperature has very important significance to ensure the concrete construction quality.This paper aims to three mouths of RCC arch dam temperature control simulation results analysis,and judgment,to mainly relates to the dam during construction period mixed read the link with soil temperature control to adjust and refine:1)according to the requirements of concrete pouring temperature of the concrete temperature control in outlet,and then refine the concrete processing system design;2)analyze and judge the transportation mode of concrete of the dam body,and then propose the temperature control requirements in the transportation process of dam concrete.3)according to the analysis of the calculation study,the thickness and intermission of RCC paving are determined.4)put forward corresponding temperature control measures for high temperature and low temperature seasons,and concrete protection measures to be taken in the case of sudden temperature drop.By monitoring the concrete temperature of dam body and checking the cracks,it can be seen that the temperature control measures in the construction period of RCC of dam body above have been implemented,and the temperature of RCC of dam body has been well controlled.And the construction quality of dam body has been well guaranteed.It can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
