The problem of concrete dam cracking has always been an important problem in the dam industry.The appearance of cracks will affect the safety and durability of the structure,and more manpower,material resources and financial resources are often needed in the later repair work,so it is very important to prevent the cracking of concrete dam.The main reason of cracking of concrete dam is the temperature stress caused by the temperature change of concrete after pouring.Concrete is a brittle material,its tensile strength is only about 1/10 of the compressive strength,when the temperature of the tensile stress is greater than the compressive strength of concrete,concrete will produce cracks.Therefore,the most important means to prevent concrete dam cracking is temperature control.People have done a long time research on the temperature control of concrete dam,the application of temperature control measures has achieved remarkable results.However,the existing temperature control mode still has many shortcomings,including incomplete temperature information collection;The collected data cannot be fed back to the construction parties in time,that is,not in time;Monitoring data often need to be manually processed,that is,not true;There are many errors in manual data collection,that is,inaccuracy.Based on the existing theory of temperature control,this paper studies the construction of a concrete temperature automatic acquisition and control platform by means of informatization and network transmission technology,so as to realize real-time automatic collection of temperature control information and real-time transmission of massive temperature control data.Through the real-time monitoring of temperature control information and automatic contrast analysis of predetermined cooling standards,real-time automatic water cooling and warning of information that does not meet the requirements of temperature control.Through the application of practical engineering,it is verified that the application of automatic temperature acquisition and control platform in engineering can effectively reduce the cracking risk of the dam during the construction period,and improve the information sharing and construction management level during the construction period.
