With the steady development of our economy and society,the government and society to save resources on energy saving and emission reduction,and green construction requirements continue to increase,By the way of industrialization of city residential construction is the inevitable trend of development of the industry,raised the industrialization of residential construction boom has been all over the country,because the shortage of the current city land resources,the industrialization of residential high-rise development is inevitable,and the prefabricated concrete high-rise residential is the mainstream of development.However,the assembly of integral concrete high-rise residential Construction is still in the initial stage of development,the technology system is not unified,the design standard is still not perfect,quality check standard is not complete,especially in the quality of construction under new responsibility is not clear,the construction scheme is not mature enough,lack of professional construction,these factors lead to problems of prefabricated concrete high-rise residential the quality of construction in such projects have landed today,to study the above problems,reduce the prefabricated concrete high-rise residential quality problems,has important practical significance to reduce the quality risk.This paper selects the Tongzhou Taihu public rental department project with the highest construction and the highest assembly rate in Beijing area as the case study.Based on the case of project management features and quality characteristics were analyzed,detailed survey about quality problems in Beijing area some kind of prefabricated concrete structure in the construction of high-rise residential projects in recent years,the use of the arrangement,causality diagram,graph quality management tools and 4M1 E theory analysis and evaluation on influence factors the quality problems,Construction quality control of key factors are determined,and formulates an optimizat ion plan,establish the quality responsibility system and improve the inspection procedures,and strengthen the construction of professional personnel training,the four aspects of the application of BIM technology for the implementation of countermeasures,a careful implementation in the case of construction.At the completion of construction process and after construction,according to the PDCA circulation flow,again collected and analyzed the quality problems,compared to measures before and after the i mplementation of the data quality issues in addition,from the aspects of time and cost of the analysis and evaluation results,verify the effectiveness of the quality control measures.Through the investigation,statistics,analysis,countermeasures,research ideas and validation,using the basic quality management tools and management theory,based on the actual engineering case,put forward some countermeasures to improve the prefabricated concrete high-rise residential industrialization structure construction quality,ensure the smooth progress of the project case and structure engineering entity quality,application effect is achieved well,the attempt of prefabricated concrete high-rise residential industrialization construction quality management,to provide a reference for the future construction of similar projects.
