With the acceleration of aging in China,people’s concept has gradually changed from disease treatment to health care and medical prevention,which promotes the research and development of sports fitness and medical monitoring wearable equipment.Mobile devices that can monitor physical information of human environment have a certain prospect.However,the human environment monitoring system based on traditional sensors still has many shortcomings,such as energy supply,volume,hard materials and so on.At the same time,with the rapid development of micro-nanotechnology,it will be possible to fabricate new sensors with flexible,transparent,self-powered and small size.In this context,a multi-physical information acquisition system for human environment based on TENG sensor is proposed.In this system,the TENG sensor is placed on the human foot.When the human body is walking,TENG’s contacts and separates generate periodic waveforms.The waveforms with pre-processed are transmitted to MCU for information acquisition.The system can calculate the physical quantities such as human step frequency,step count,gait,walking distance,heat consumption,etc.and transmit them to the host computer through wireless transmission module.After testing and verification,the result of steps count and walking distance measured by the system is higher than the actual,and the accuracy of gait recognition is about 65%.The system meets the basic design requirements.The main work of this system includes:Design and processing of TENG sensor.In this paper,contact-separated TENG is designed as the sensor of the system.Using PDMS and PET as the friction layer and ITO as the output electrode.After the simulation with COMSOL software,a flexible,transparent and self-powered sensor is completed with laboratory equipment.TENG sensor and human body information experiment.By understanding the characteristics of TENG output waveform,human step is chosen as the main measurement object in this paper.Placing TENG sensor under the sole of the foot,and recording the output waveform of the TENG sensor when the human body walks or runs.Finally,the relationship between the TENG sensor and the human step information is obtained.At the same time,the sensor collects the information of joint bending-the output peak is proportional to the degree of bending.Construction of multi-physical quantity acquisition system for human environment.In order to solve the problems of high voltage,low current and effective information acquisition,a pretreatment module is designed to process TENG output waveform.Then processed waveform is transmitted to MCU to capture rising edge and calculate gait information.Finally,gait information is transmitted to PC through ZigBee module,and the interface designed by Qt software is used to store and display data.
