Project schedule management is an important area of knowledge in project management.It plays an important role in the process of project planning and project monitoring.Sichuan Huayingshan Guangneng Group Sifang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned power supply enterprise in Sichuan Province.In the power supply business,it has been organizing safety production according to the requirements of safety production standardization in the power industry.It also has certain experience for the new power transmission and transformation projects involved in the power supply business.Because of the need of urban construction in Huaying City,the 35 kV Zhangguang Substation belonging to Sifang Electric Power Company needs to be relocated from other places.During the relocation of the substation,it is necessary to ensure the normal power supply of the existing users,so the progress plan of the project site implementation stage is of great significance.In order to work out the project schedule scientifically,this study combines the experience of building new substations in the power industry,applies the knowledge of project schedule management,and focuses on the schedule arrangement of the relocation of the construction team projects in the implementation process,and as an important part of bidding,the schedule is included in the contract with the relevant parties.In the process of project construction,through effective monitoring,the relocation progress target task of 35 kV Zhangguang Substation is successfully completed.
