2016 coincides with the "thirteen five" start of the year,the policy of the old northeast industry revitalization will be listed in the scheme.President Xi Jin ping participated in the deliberations of the delegation of Hei long jiang,stressed that the determination of the comprehensive revitalization can not be shaken,which can see the determination and courage of national leaders in terms of the construction of the northeastern region.The paper has put ”LA dong 220 kV Substatio” as a case which analyzed the existing power engineering project progress management mode in depth based on knowledge during the study of master of engineering.It was performed to see the status and existing problems of power engineering project schedule management,and the reason for these problems.This paper analyzed the influence on the progress management of power engineering through four factors including personnel,technology,management environment and equipment.On the basis of this,a review of the progress management system for the intelligent modification of the larton 220 substation,and the evaluation results of the evaluation model are analyzed and proposed to improve the program,by applying the idea of fuzzy theory.Lastly,according to the self-characteristic of power project construction and the limitation of northeast region,the improvement measures and application suggestions are put forward.Finally,this paper expounds the application process of safeguard measures in the process management system,uses internal system to improve the company's actual project,and provides detailed and reliable suggestions and reference for the management of electric engineering projects.
