The completion of the UAV mission is inseparable from the command and control of the ground station.As the key subsystem of the ground accusation system,the vision simulation system plays a decisive role in the development of the predecessor UAV and the observation of flight mission.At present,the visual simulation systems are usually customized according to the specific model of the UAV and requirements of the ground operators.The relative independence of the design leads to poor reusability,long cycle and increased redundant cost.In order to solve all above problems,based on EV-Globe platform and the theoretical knowledge of software reusing,this paper designs and implements a reusable and easily expandable visual simulation system for the ground station of UAV.The visual simulation subsystem researched in this paper can display the specific position,posture and detailed flight data of the current UAV flight mission in real time,and guarantee the completion of the UAV mission.At the same time,this paper constructs a component library of visual simulation system,which is of great significance for the rapid development of visual simulation subsystem for the different type UAV.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the architecture of traditional visual simulation system and establish a reusable researcher for visual simulation.The research of software reuse related technology is studied,combined with the particularity of the vision system to complete the applicability analysis of software reuse technology,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the reusable architecture of the subsequent visual simulation system.(2)Combining domain engineering ideas with component reuse techniques,this paper proposes a vision system of UAV based on layered multiplexing.The development model is applied to analyze the field of visual simulation and the reusability research of visual simulation system.Finally the overall scheme of the system was finalized and the design of the reuse component library was completed.(3)Based on research results of visual system software reuse,the paper complete the specific design and implementation of six functional modules: configuration file analysis,3D scene rendering,data processing,model loading and control,HUD and human-computer interaction.In the procedure of detailed design and implementation of the visual simulation system,the improved triangle folding simplification algorithm combined with the multi-level resolution hierarchy(LOD)are used to solve the problem of high consumption of system resource which is introduced by the full-stage flight simulation requirement.(4)Complete the test and verification of the function and performance of the entire visual simulation system,at the same time,the system is applied to the research and development practice of the ground command visual simulation subsystems of other UAV models,the development cycle of the UAV visual simulation system of this model was successfully shortened.
