Research On Reconstruction Design Of Existing Building Exterior Interface Based On Low Impact Development Theory

The external interface of the building is the material system of the building's outer protective structure.It is the direct contact between the building and the natural environment.It is an important medium for energy exchange between the building and the external environment of the building.It regulates the indoor environment of the building and reduces the energy consumption of the building.A vital role.Through literature review,comparative analysis,field investigation,and example verification,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the existing external interface,and draws lessons from the development experience of low-impact development at home and abroad,with the School of Civil Engineering and Environment,Hubei University of Technology.The design of the external interface of the office building is a research case,and a feasible transformation design strategy suitable for the transformation design of the existing external interface is proposed.The following research results are obtained:This paper first defines the concept of existing buildings,exterior interfaces,green buildings,and low-impact development,and clarifies the research content and research methods.Secondly,the introduction of the theory,the research on the external interface of the building,the theory of green building,the research status of low-impact development,and combing the relationship between the theory of green building and the theory of low-impact development,the connotation of the low-impact development concept is adopted The green technology protects the hydrological characteristics and ecological environment of the development area,and the eco-environment effect generated by the implementation of low-impact development is closely related to the content of green building evaluation.Again,the external structure of the building,artistic expression,greening outside the building,and rainwater management are sorted out.These design elements of the external interface transformation of the building propose a design and transformation strategy suitable for the low-impact development of the external interface of the building;finally,the transformation design strategy is applied to the external interface design project of the Office of Civil Engineering and Environment of Hubei University of Technology,and Ecotect is used.Software such as building energy and physical environment were simulated by Phoenics and Grasshopper.
