With the rapid development of the Internet era and the gradual deepening of the ecommerce model,the sales turnover of many enterprises,large supermarkets,and home appliance companies has shown a significant downward trend.The arrival of the ecommerce era has led to the traditional enterprise marketing model facing great The challenge.The concept of Internet+ was originally proposed in 2013.Later,in the Third Plenary Session of the 12 th Central Committee,it again emphasized the combination of corporate strategy formulation and Internet+.So far,many companies have developed their own transformation models.And achieved great development.For the traditional marketing model,in the context of the Internet era,it has been unable to promote the marketing development of enterprises and continue to carry out innovation reforms.Under this trend,network marketing has gradually gained people's attention,and its role has become more and more prominent.For many home appliance companies,in order to occupy a certain market share in the fierce market competition,many managers have begun to research and explore various activities related to network marketing.The value-added of home appliance companies is relatively higher and the use time is longer.Therefore,the whole retail industry occupies a large part of the status.Nowadays,per capita income is gradually increasing,and people's quality of life requirements are becoming higher.The quality of home appliances and the requirements for services are gradually increasing,and more and more home appliances are being sold online.This has a certain impact on traditional home appliance retailers.Therefore,how to occupy in the fierce market competition More market share and more revenue are the top issues facing the traditional home appliance industry.Under the guidance of the theory of network marketing,the article refers to the network marketing methods of other home appliance companies,and researches Fangtai home appliances as a case study object.With the help of PEST model and Porter's five-force model,the marketing environment is analyzed,and the problems existing in the marketing status are pointed out.Then,the Internet + concept is used to re-plan and re-select the current mode of home appliance network marketing,in order to ensure new The marketing model can be implemented smoothly and the preconditions for implementing the guarantee are explained.This paper mainly focuses on Fangtai Household Appliances Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes and selects its marketing model under the current Internet + marketing environment,trying to bring more benefits to the marketing of the other home appliance company.In the development of the network marketing of the entire company,it is also hoped that it can be used as a reference for other home appliance enterprises with similar situations in the process of formulating the Internet + marketing model.
