The Design On The NC Locator Of The Large Aircraft Component And The Analysis Of Its Static And Dynamic Characteristics

In order to improve the efficiency of the assembly attitude adjustment, the digital assembly system in practical engineering applications more widely. Digital Assembly system not only for the aircraft component support, clamping, can also adjust the position and attitude of the aircraft component. This assembly system is extremely versatile, high degree of automation, high production efficiency and stable production quality. In the digital assembly system, the NC locator with three coordinate is a key component to achieve its functions. Applying it to aircraft components assembly system for attitude adjustment, which will change the status manual assembly production, increase productivity, reduce coordination links, reduce the number of assembly tooling, reduce labor costs, upgrade large parts of the docking technology and equipment level of the aircraft has a strong practical significance.The thesis discussed the structure, working principle and technical parameters of the NC locator with three coordinate in details, focuses on design and calculation of the key elements. Establishing numerical model of three coordinate locator in SolidWorks which is a three-dimensional modeling software. By performing static analysis of the NC locator with three coordinate in finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, getting the deformation and stress results cloud to meets the design requirements, and finds out the weak link, which provide the basis on the improvement; modal analysis was carried out in ANSYS Workbench to obtain its top ten vibration mode frequencies and vibration, analyzing vibration of the locator caused by the resonance and avoiding the danger of resonance.
