Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Bidding Of Construction Projects

With the development of market economy,the bidding system of construction projects in China is becoming more and more perfect.Construction units can select contractors in the bidding activities of construction projects,so as to make full use of engineering resources and improve investment efficiency.Contractors can compete fairly with other enterprises,seize the construction market share,and achieve better economic benefits.Although China's construction industry is booming,there are many problems in the bidding market of construction projects under frequent economic transactions.It is difficult to ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the bidding market in China.Therefore,this thesis thoroughly analyzed the causes of these problems,and carried out countermeasures for the construction project bidding activities to be more active and effective.Starting from the research of international and domestic construction bidding activities,this thesis analyses the basic concepts,main procedures and management system of construction bidding.At the same time,from the Enlightenment of international construction project bidding mode,this thesis preliminarily analyses the problems of participants in the development of construction project bidding in China,and recognizes that only by overcoming these problems,can China's bidding system develop to a higher level.Then,the causes of the above problems are explored in depth from the whole,such as the lack of cultural literacy,low cost of illegal activities,inadequate market supervision,lack of punishment and so on.Then,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of these influencing factors is carried out,and the influencing factors are qualitatively classified into four categories(culture,economy,credit and legal system)and thirteen sub-factors;the weight of the influencing factors of the four categories and each sub-factor on the existing problems in the bidding and tendering of construction projects is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process;and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the influencing factors on the bidding.The subordinate degree of the problems in bidding can find out the correlation between the influencing factors and the problems in bidding,and provide theoretical support for the study of Countermeasures in the later stage.Finally,according to the important influencing factors mentioned above,starting from the aspects of cultural construction,credit supervision and legal system,this thesis makes a thorough study of the problems existing in the bidding and tendering of construction projects,with a view to making the participants of construction projects aware of the seriousness of the consequences caused by bad behavior,and fundamentally improving the individual and enterprise of construction industry.The mode of thinking and behavior can standardize their bidding behavior,prevent corruption and phenomena from the source,and make the construction market develop more scientifically and orderly.Importantly,these improvement measures and countermeasures need the active cooperation and joint efforts of the whole society.
