Analysis On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Construction Project Bidding System In China

The construction industry is developing rapidly,the opportunity and the challenge are coexisting in the big environment of our country’s social and economic sustainable growth.With the input of a great deal of resources,how to standardize management is becoming more and more prominent,and the above situation put forward higher requirements to the engineering contract system in our country.How to speed up the construction period,reduce investment,improve quality,ensure safety concern.[1]China’s bidding system has been to a certain extent to solve this problem,however,China’s bidding system still exists some problems.Borrowed from the above situation,aiming at the existing problems of our construction project bidding and bidding system to conduct a detailed analysis,the research status at home and abroad as the breakthrough point,relying on the Liaoyuan vocational education training in a school office building as the research object,through the comparative analysis and statistical analysis and other research methods,the research of bidding system in China further,extension analysis,the existing problems of bidding system in China that move,such as the bidding law is not clear,evaluation criteria and methods are not scientific,finally puts forward some opinions on my bidding bidding system for standardized management.Throughout the bidding process,the preparation of bidding documents,the use of a reasonable valuation model,the implementation of scientific evaluation standards and methods,and ultimately establish an orderly construction market is the solution to these problems.This is not a matter of one or two people,and the need for all aspects of the whole society to solve the Co.
