In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economic development has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,China’s construction industry has experienced explosive growth.Especially in the last ten years,China’s housing prices have experienced a skyrocketing,especially in the first-tier cities.It has grown almost tens of times.Construction companies have also experienced tremendous development opportunities.In the early days of reform and opening up,China’s economic development relied mainly on resource consumption,environmental damage,and demographic dividends.Nowadays,the contradiction between resource shortage,environmental pollution and social aging has become more prominent,and it has begun to restrict the development of the original extensive economy.Since the 18 th National Congress,China’s economy has entered a new normal state,and China’s economy has begun to shift from a high-level low-quality development stage to a high-quality medium-and low-speed development stage.At present,the domestic construction industry is also facing a situation of insufficient growth momentum,overcapacity and fierce competition.Faced with large downward pressure,how to accurately grasp the direction and seek development strategies belonging to its own enterprises in adversity which is the W Construction Group and domestic Large-scale local state-owned construction enterprises are generally faced with problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on the author’s experience in large-scale construction enterprises,this paper starts from the current domestic economic situation and the changing trend of the construction industry in the relatively long period of time,and starts from the strategic goal of improving the development space of the enterprise and realizing the sustainable development of the enterprise.Taking W Construction Group as the research object,through the internal and external environment and comprehensive strategic analysis,put forward the general idea of the enterprise development strategy,and on this basis,effectively combine the actual situation of W Construction Group,similar to W The strategic objectives,strategic positioning,strategic choice,strategy implementation and strategic guarantee of the construction of the enterprise group have been studied,and a set of strategic plans for the same type of enterprises has been formed.The full text follows the three-stage logical structure of “propose,analyze and solve problems”,most of which is used for theoretical analysis and analysis of W-Building Group enterprises.On this basis,it is similar to W Construction Group.Some views on the development of local state-owned enterprises.In the analysis stage,the SWOT method is used at the same time,and the famous strategic management scientist Michael Porter’s theory of strategic management and macro-environmental analysis model is used to make a comprehensive strategic positioning for W-Building Group.Through research and analysis,the overall strategic choice of W Construction Group should be SO strategy,which should be based on relevant diversification strategy,supplemented by vertical integration strategy and overseas market expansion strategy.W Construction Group should give full play to its background advantages and actively expand the rapid development of infrastructure.Under the current fierce competition in the housing construction market,infrastructure construction is still one of the key points for China’s future development,and the profit in the infrastructure sector is relatively good compared to the housing construction market.W Construction Group must give full play to the identity advantages of its state-owned enterprises and actively participate in the development of infrastructure business.Taking the initiative to grasp the favorable opportunity for the reform of state-owned enterprises,W Construction Group should establish strategic cooperative relations with large-scale central enterprises in China Construction and China Railway Construction,promote industrial alliances,and actively promote the development mode of large-scale areas.Incorporate the development experience of large-scale central enterprises of the same type,obtain more high-quality resources,and at the same time reduce their own investment and capital risks to a certain extent.Actively explore supporting industries related to the construction industry,such as properties,hotels,schools and small real estate.Under the background of slowing economic growth today,we will explore the development of supporting industries,accumulate talent resources and management experience,and strive for more and wider development opportunities for future development.Under the foundation of its own qualifications,W Construction Group should further improve and upgrade its design qualifications,improve the integrated industrial chain of design-construction and even operation,and actively develop investment and financing and BT,BOT,PPP and EPC model projects.Contracting and capital operation levels to optimize corporate profitability.Grasping the development trend of the real estate industry,W Construction Group should avoid the housing price risk of first-and second-tier cities,and build a high-quality real estate project with a moderate population size or a population growth,as well as the development potential of third-and fourth-tier cities.The last development opportunity in this round of growth cycle.The
