With the steady growth of the domestic economic situation,the market's demand for tractor has continued to increase.In order to ensure the product's performance,tractor manufacturers need to perform corresponding performance tests before leaving the factory to fully expose the problems existing in the manufacturing and assembly before the delivery of the tractors and solve them,so as to meet the requirements of the factory standards.However,there is currently no test equipment for the tractor leaving the factory.Most of the factory inspections are completed through road surface running and manual measurement.There are many errors in the measurement.Most of the processes are performed on the road,which brings hidden dangers to the detection security.In order to solve the problem of integrated detection of internal combustion tractor,a complete set of tractor detection lines and process flow are designed and developed.The running-in of the drive wheels and non-driven wheels of the tractor can be completed on the equipment,which can detect the maximum traction force and the maximum speed,and avoid the disadvantages of artificial pavement running-in and testing.The research work done includes the following:1.Collected the product parameters of various types of internal combustion tractors produced by the target factories,as well as the performance indicators that the national standards must meet,and summarized current inspection items and requirements for tractor delivery performance.2.Referring to the related testing equipment of the vehicle,the layout of the two types of tractor detection equipment was formulated for the product features of the tractor.Through the economic comparison of the solution,the tractor vehicle test line project consisting mainly of an integrated inspection station and a brake station was eventually selected.3.According to the internal combustion tractor performance parameters and test project requirements,design and calculate the size of the core components of the integrated testing platform,including the size of the roller and the center distance,determine the torque sensor performance parameters,bearing capacity calculation,And the selection parameters for components such as synchronous belt,pulley,motors,eddy current machines,brake discs,speed reducers,and flywheels are determined.4.According to the requirements of braking force in the national mandatory testing standards for tractors,calculate the parameters of the braking force tester's core components,including the size and center distance of the roller,and determinate the selection parameters of the brake station motor,reducer,and pedal force meter.5.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the vehicle detection process,a chain safety device with a remote electric winch tightening is designed.6.Design and selection of an electronic monitoring system for comprehensive monitoring stations and braking force testing stations.The appropriate master control board is used to construct the station control machine,and the TCP/IP interface technology is used to upload the vehicle detection information to the enterprise database system.7.According to the problems and deficiencies found in the project implementation stage,carry out follow-up studies and formulate improvement plans.As a highly integrated and comprehensive inspection device,the integrated inspection platform for tractor fills the gap of the domestic tractor integrated testing equipment and has an industrial leading level.Currently,it is applying for three invention patents.This study has special reference to the design of the whole machine inspection line for other special industrial vehicles,and can exert huge economic benefits in actual production.
