Research On Test System Of Internal Combustion Engine Pump And Its Standardization

Internal combustion engine pump is a kind of centrifugal pump,and small gasoline engines for general purposes or the second generation single cylinder diesel engine provides the power for it.Its salient feature is that internal combustion engine and pump are coaxial.The power of internal combustion engine is lower than 11 kW,and the speed is 3600 r/min or 3000 r/min.The structure characteristics are single cylinder,four-stroke,forced air cooling and hand starting.Matching pump is self-priming centrifugal pump or non-self-priming centrifugal pump,and most of the inlet and outlet diameter are lower than 100mm.Internal combustion engine pump has many advantages such as small size,light weight,convenient movement,simple operation,low price,so the demand for it is very extensive in many aspects such as forest green,municipal construction,urban landscape,mine drainage,field operation,disaster prevention and relief.The mass production time of internal combustion engine pump for seventy percent of the domestic enterprises is around 2004.The internal combustion engine pump is different from other pumps in matching power,structure form and speed,so the standards about new test method and independent standard system are needed for it.This article researched the performance test system of internal combustion engine pump,also investigated the test method of the partly different parts performance parameters between internal combustion engine pump and electric motor pump.(1)Aiming at the particularity of internal combustion engine pump,the situation and theoretical basis of evaluation method of performance parameters such as pump efficiency,noise,vibration,reliability etc.were introduced.(2)Combining with rotary power pump test method and related instrument verification regulation and aiming the parameters the flow of internal combustion engine pump,the head,the fuel consumption,so a simple and reliable test device was designed for the self-checking of conventional pump testing system.(3)According to the actual production of internal combustion engine pump,to investigate the manufacture test items of internal combustion engine pump,and upgraded the manufacture test system.The above research results have important guiding significance for the optimization of internal combustion engine pump test method,standardizing the quality evaluation system and improving pump testing techniques.It has great practical value for regulating internal combustion engine pump products,enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry,promoting the industry development and technology progress,also the daily management of the industry management organizations and inspection agencies.
