| With the rapid development of electronic technology,there are more and more types of electronic devices.It is closely related to people’s work and life.People greatly enjoy the convenience that brought about by electronic devices.But any electronic device can not be separated from a reliable power supply,whether it is a supercomputer or a pocket calculator.All electronic devices work properly,which must be supported by the power circuit.Therefore,a stable and accurate power supply is the basis for the normal operation of all electronic devices.This paper analyzes in detail various power supply structures and working principles.Focused on the analysis of the main technical features of the output voltage,efficiency,and ripple of the flyback switching power supply.MATLAB software was used to carry out detailed theoretical simulation optimization of the Buck circuit performance of PID control.This adopts a PWM modulation technique and a TOP249 Y switching power module to complete a design that can be used for switching power supplies in small portable devices,and achieves fine adjustment of the oscillator discharge current,precise adjustment of the duty cycle,automatic feed forward compensation,and internal trimming of the reference voltage.Through simulation using MATLAB software,the physical production of the switching power supply was completed.The actual operation results showed that the DC output voltage of the switching power supply: DC+20V,rated current 4A;output voltage ripple: 150 mA,output accuracy: ±10% Can better meet actual needs.The precise voltage of the output voltage of the switching power supply can be achieved within a linear range,and at the same time,the current loss in the MOS tube at the time of outputting a low voltage is further reduced.The innovation of this design is to combine the high-frequency switching power supply and the linear power supply to complement each other and improve the efficiency,rectification and filtering,and the load capacity and output voltage accuracy. |
