| The application research on active-clamp, synchronous-rectifier, DC/DC parallel connection to design a low-voltage output and high power density power supply is performed for artificial satellite.This paper briefly reviews the hard-switching technique and the soft-switching technique which are applied to switching power supply, analyzes the basic operation principle of active-clamp forward converter systematically. The realization conditions and ways of ZVS are discussed. The design of the300W(7.5V/40A) converter is presented and the design procedures of the converter’s key parameters is described in detail. To meet the converter’s requirements,Many new technologies such as synchronous rectifier, active-clamp, and Magnetic Feedback have been used and improved in the converter design,to improve Conversion efficiency of converter while keep the conversion efficiency stabilization.The prototype converter is built to verify the feasibility of the scheme, and the experimental results are also included in this paper. |
